Meeting Rooms Near CES Las Vegas: A Professional Alternative to Hotel Ballrooms

CES runs every January at the Las Vegas Convention Center, drawing over 130,000 attendees from the global technology industry. For exhibitors, sales teams, and executives attending the show, the conversations that matter most — investor pitches, partnership negotiations, product demos for key prospects — don't happen on the show floor. They happen in meeting rooms. And during CES week, meeting rooms in Las Vegas are either overpriced, overbooked, or both.
Strip hotel meeting rooms typically run $150-250/hr during convention weeks and come with food-and-beverage minimums that add $500-1,500 on top of the room rental. The convention center's own meeting rooms charge day-rate pricing designed for large corporate events, not a one-hour investor sync. And hotel business centers — the free fallback — are standing-room-only during CES.
There's a better option 15 minutes south of the LVCC.
Muze Office meeting rooms during CES
Muze Office sits at 6860 Bermuda Rd, Suite 200, in the 89119 business corridor off I-215. We offer three meeting room sizes, all available by the hour with no minimums:
- Huddle Room — $25/hr, 2-4 people. For quick investor syncs, 1-on-1 prospect conversations, or private calls that need a door. Includes a monitor, whiteboard, and WiFi.
- Conference Room — $50/hr, 6-8 people. For sales presentations, product demos, and hybrid meetings with remote attendees on video. Includes a large display, video conferencing, and whiteboards.
- Boardroom — $75/hr, 10-14 people. For executive sessions, partnership negotiations, or multi-party meetings where the formality matters. Dual screens, sound system, and full AV.
Every room includes fast dedicated WiFi (not the hotel network shared with 5,000 guests), free parking for all attendees, and access to the on-site Muze Cafe for coffee service or catered lunch — as an optional add-on, not a required minimum.
Why off-Strip meeting rooms work better during CES
Cost. A two-hour meeting in a Muze Office Conference Room costs $100 total. The same meeting at a Strip hotel costs $300-500+ before parking and catering. Over a week of CES meetings, the savings compound.
Availability. Strip hotel meeting rooms book out weeks before CES. Muze Office's off-Strip location means our rooms don't fill with convention overflow the way on-Strip venues do. We recommend booking in advance during CES week, but same-day availability is often possible.
Parking. Every attendee parks free at Muze Office. Strip hotel garages charge $35-60 per car during conventions. For a meeting with 4 attendees, that's $140-240 in parking alone — more than the room rental at Muze.
Quiet. The 89119 business corridor is a working neighborhood, not a tourist district. No slot machines, no lobby music, no badge-wearing crowds in the hallway outside your meeting room.

- Rideshare: $15-25 from the LVCC depending on CES surge pricing.
- From Strip hotels: 10-15 minutes via I-15 S.
Beyond CES: year-round convention meeting rooms
CES is the biggest, but Las Vegas hosts conventions year-round — SEMA in November, NAB in April, MAGIC in February and August, and dozens more. Muze Office meeting rooms are available during every convention at the same pricing — no surge rates, no convention-week premiums.
